Hope you are all well, stay healthy and smooth in all your activities on this joyful day.
Today I will present you a weekly report. Last week I already reported the first report. This time I give a second report for our community. The dynamics in the community are very interesting. Moderators support each other, members compete to create quality content.
Moreover, the presence of the new moderator @ manisha.jain9 makes the community even more colorful. There is a very good division of tasks from Ma'am Admin @ sduttakitchen. Likewise with @ noelisdc. We often change tasks. There is a time difference between me in Indonesia and Venezuela.
In this second week, I encountered several cases. I expect Incredible India members to be observant in making posts. Avoid plagiarism and don't try to take advantage of artificial intelligence or AI. We will always carry out strict verification. Last week there was a "cheating" steemian, immediately dealt with by Admin's Ma'am.
Hopefully this will be a lesson for all of you. Same as my previous suggestion. Newcomers or other members, keep making posts that are simple but interesting. We will never lose ideas in writing if what we write is what we experience that day.
Don't aim to make scientific writing look great. Especially by adopting other people's writings in the wrong way, so that it is caught by the "hands" as plagiarism. In essence, just write what you do from morning to evening for Better Life With Steem.
The same goes for participating in contests. Just write your thoughts, don't try to write with the help of a robot. Your original work is highly appreciated. Whatever it is, as long as the content is your own work, it will definitely be more interesting.
Then, don't forget to assign 10% of beneficiaries to @meraindia for community growth. It is much appreciated As for # burnsteem25, 25% will be set for @ null account. Don't get the settings wrong. One of the members made the wrong setting, so the burnsteem25 hashtag had to be removed.
Then, there are members who are stubborn. There have been instructions from senior moderators, that within 24 hours you can only write one post in the community. However, there are also those who do not pay attention to it. Hopefully, in the future it can be even better.
