I feel that honesty is the biggest virtue for a human being. Whatever you do in life that is in any work or relationship with someone, if you do not maintain honesty in your relationship, then your work will get spoiled. And relationship will also get spoiled somewhere or the other. Hence honesty is the biggest trait which holds things together and does not let them getting open.
