Wow great your presentation is very good and very happy to know what you have shared with us on your daily basis activities really these extra activities are a part of our life and have been very important in calming our mind. Such extra activities are necessary in life because most of us are busy with our work but do not find time for ourselves, as Aajup referred to the whole day, morning after noon and everyone with us.
