Greetings,
@steemitblog @steemcurator01, and all the members of the team.
Today, our community has formulated a proposal following a review of the changes implemented in SEC season 20.
Before its upgrade, we extend our gratitude to all those who have deliberated on these modifications. It is imperative to underscore that the existing regulations guiding us have been established by the Steemit team.

Henceforth, our community will embrace all writers, except those who publish plagiarized content and AI-generated posts and images. Membership in specific groups, such as one club, burnsteem25, bit-bot, and cross-poster (without Steemexclusive posts), will not impact a writer's eligibility to contribute!
We are particularly mindful of the situation concerning the moderators; who were anticipating rewards for their involvement in the SEC.
Formulated within this context is our proposal to the Steemit team. |

Following extensive deliberations, we have discerned that our community consistently values moderation, irrespective of its connection to the SEC, relative to numerous reputable communities.
It is our belief, that those who significantly contribute to moderation should be duly acknowledged and rewarded for their unwavering dedication. A community is synonymous with collaboration,
and we endeavor to recognize and reward the individuals who have steadfastly contributed.Accordingly,
the Incredible India community has allotted 10% of the beneficiaries to each moderator in either the contest or the winners' announcement post! Same as we did in the SEC.Furthermore, @sduttaskitchen has conveyed a willingness to share the beneficiary in her contest post or announcement, one with all moderators, including the co-administrator who substantiates posts and facilitates the tallying process!

We humbly beseech, the Steemit team to endorse and champion community and diligent contributors;
who are committed to fostering a dependable environment on this platform.
We are optimistic that the esteemed members of the Steemit team will earnestly consider and sanction our proposition;
Notably, in this transmission,
beneficiaries have been apportioned to all those involved in moderation.

সত্যিই এটি একটি অভিনব উদ্যোগ। এই কমিউনিটিতে ওতপ্রোতভাবে যুক্ত থাকার সুবাদে, এই কমিউনিটির পরিবর্তন খুব কাছ থেকে দেখেছি এবং সেই প্রতিটি পরিবর্তন কমিউনিটির উন্নতি স্বার্থে কতখানি অগ্রণী ভূমিকা পালন করেছে, তারও সাক্ষী থেকেছি আমি। কমিউনিটির উন্নতিতে মডারেটরের ভূমিকা অনস্বীকার্য। আর এই বিষয়টিকে গুরুত্ব দিয়ে, এতো সুন্দর একটি উদ্যোগ নেওয়ার জন্য আপনাকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ। স্টিমিট কর্তৃপক্ষ আমাদের পূর্ববর্তী সকল উদ্যোগ ও কার্যক্রম গুলি লক্ষ্য করেছেন। তাই এই অভিনব উদ্যোগেও সকলে আমাদের কমিউনিটির পাশে থাকবেন, এ বিষয়ে আমি আশাবাদী। ভালো থাকবেন ম্যাম। 🙏

Wow, am seeing some positive changes on the Steemit ecosystem. Incredible India community wasn't left behind as they brought in a great initiative. Setting 10% beneficiary to all moderators from either of the community contests and announcement posts is a great one. I would specially appreciate Admin ma'am @sduttaskitchen for her commitment in making sure the community progress is enhanced. Also, permit me to thank everyone especially my fellow moderators who help in their quota.

Endorsing communities in the challenge will be good to foster engagement, though the new changes might generate traffic on the engagement challenge soon because I know for sure that the implementation was well analysed, we know that changes are inevitable but at the same time temporary and we acknowledge this, but we as moderator beckon on the team to reconsider communities into the system.
Meraindia has made some changes by allowing moderators benefit 10% from either the announcement post or contest post as SEC progresses, this is a nice proposal and I wish you endorse us into the challenge to the effect of this change🙏
অসাধারণ উদ্যোগ, সাধুবাদ জানাই, আশা করি এই ব্যতিক্রমি উদ্যোগের কারণে কমিউনিটিতে নিবেদিত প্রাণ মানুষগুলো আরো বেশি উৎসাহ পাবে, এমন নতুন নতুন উদ্যোগ গুলো সব সময় এই কমিউনিটি থেকে আস্তে দেখি। আশা করি ভবিষ্যতেও এই ধারা অব্যাহত থাকবে।
মডারেটরা কমিটির জন্য অনেক কষ্ট করে থাকেন, অবশ্যই তাদের মূল্যায়ন করা প্রয়োজন, কমেডি পক্ষ থেকে সুন্দর উদ্যোগ নেওয়ার জন্য অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ, আশা করি এই উদ্যোগের দ্বারা মডারেটদের আরো কাজের প্রতি আগ্রহ বৃদ্ধি পাবে, এবং যারা কমিটির সাথে যুক্ত তারা অনেক বেশি অনুপ্রাণিত হবে, এরকম সুন্দর উদ্যোগের মাধ্যমের কমিউনিটির অগ্রগতি বৃদ্ধি পায়, ধন্যবাদ সুন্দর উদ্যোগ নেওয়ার জন্য।
