Hello Steemians,
how are you all? Hope everyone is doing well by God's grace. I am very well with your prayers and God's grace. Today I came to you with a new post.

Today I'm going to participate in season 7 week 5 of the steem engagement challenge. The take up topic for week 5 is really great.The topic chosen for week 5 is really great.

This post of mine today is according to that topic.I will try to prepare my post by maintaining all the criteria of the engagement challenge. So guys let's move on from my post without delay.

What do you do to stay balanced in times of stress

To move through life, every person has to be under stress sometimes. Stress is a part of life. So even if we don't want to, we have to get stressed sometimes in our life. And we have to adapt it and move forward in life.

Many people go astray without being able to bear this stress. Stress is not always there in a person's life. Stress will end, we just have to patiently wait for that time.

I am also stressed many times due to various reasons. But I never went wrong under pressure. Because I know that stress will come as we go on in life. If we think like this then stress will never affect our life.

When I'm stressed I balance my stress by doing a few things. Most of the times I go to my mother when I am stressed, just talking to my mother for a while makes me feel less stressed.

Sometimes I listen to old songs to balance my stress. Listening to old songs with headphones can reduce stress.

Prayer is the greatest way to balance stress. So I sometimes pray when I am stressed to balance the stress. And it is a very effective way to reduce stress.

A person can get stressed due to various reasons. But there are certain reasons why most people get stressed. Mentioned below are the reasons most of the people are under stress nowadays.

Financial problems: Nowadays everyone is suffering from financial problems. And this problem is one of the biggest causes of stress. Because if we don't have money, we will never be able to live well, because we can't live well, we will always be thinking.And this thought will start the stress.

Family problems: At the end of the day we all have to return home after finishing all the outside work. And if there is chaos instead of peace at home, then a person can never live well. If this continues, any person will gradually fall into mental stress.

Social Reasons: We all live in a society. There are many people in this society who are always behind us. Those who follow us will never value any of our work but will always criticize us. This is also why we can get stressed.

Do you think now we should take this problem seriously? If so, then describe why?

We all must take this issue seriously. If we do not take this issue seriously then we will never get out of stress. And if we are always under such stress then we will never succeed in life.

Every human will have stress in their life and we must solve that stress seriously then we can do something good in life. So I would say to everyone, take your stress seriously and resolve it.

Hello My Friend @mahir4221! This post of yours is great and very informative. I'm so glad you participated in the steem engagement challenge. I think your post gives us a lot of insight into how to stay balanced and how to cope with stress.

Firstly, I love that you focus on talking to your mom as a way to stay balanced and reduce stress - it's such a classic solution! It's nice to hear that listening to old songs also helps. Very nostalgic! And prayer is an amazing option for many people, it can be so calming.

Lastly, your explanation about the main reasons why we get stressed was so spot on accurate. You can really tell that you understand what causes stress and what we need to do to overcome it - great job! It looks like you know just what you're talking about, so hats off to you my friend.
