What do you do to stay balanced in times of stress?

As humans who live in the environment, of course we will always face various daily problems. Sometimes the problems we face often make us stressed and depressed. If we can't deal with it, of course it will cause new problems that can be even more severe. However, as God's most perfect creatures, of course we should not get lost in the problems that are always present in life. We must be able to face all trials well and sincerely.

We must always be optimistic that whatever problems arise in life we ​​will be able to face them and be able to solve them. There are several ways we can do to overcome and deal with stress, such as always remembering the greatness of Allah and always asking for help so that we are always given the best way. In my opinion the three main reasons behind stress, First because too many job demands can cause stress. Especially if the work must be completed quickly while the support provided is not in accordance with the responsibilities that must be carried out.

Second the disappointment experienced by someone and hopes too high while the reality faced is the opposite. As a result, you will experience inner pressure that causes stress. Third sometimes family problems or personal problems can also cause stress. Some people often experience financial problems so that they have difficulty meeting family needs. This can cause pressure within a person resulting in stress.

Every problem we face, of course we have to solve it. The name of life certainly does not escape problems and we must find the best way to solve these problems and should not be left alone because it will only get bigger. You are right, most of the times when we experience stress it is when we cannot get something right or when the actually demand at work and at home is just too much for us to face.
In the end I do believe it is just a normal way for humans to respond even though it is not healthy.
