@fabiha, you are welcome. Thanks for those points you have equally contributed in terms of having balance when stress up. I think sleep is one good point but you know that we don't just sleep but first relax before the sleep takes you on aware. To become released from stress when relaxing, you don't need to start pressing your phone, Reading of newspapers, watching of film etc. What you have to do it to relax. Thanks for this great point.
