Hola amigo muchas gracias por aprecias mi contenido, así es el estrés es una enfermedad mucho más peligrosa de lo que pensamos .

Cuando ví a mi amiga en el estado que estaba por causa del estrés sentí mucho miedo por ella y ahora intento llevar la vida con un poco más de calma .
