Steem engagement challenge-S12/W3|My first experience of receiving an ample vote on steemit.

Greetings Everyone! I am Asad Fazal from Pakistan. I hope everyone here is doing well and enjoying their life with family and friends. Today I'm here to take part in the SEC Season12 Week3 challenge. The topic of the challenge decided by the community team is "My first experience of receiving an ample vote on steemit". So let's start.

When I joined Steemit back in 2017 September, I was not aware of it much like what I need to do and what is the working of Steemit. I just joined it through research on Google on some topic which I don't remember now. I joined and publish some posts but didn't get response so I left it.

Last year in August I login again to see what is going on on Steemit and found it is changed so I decided to take part in communities. When I got myself verified, I post in SEC but on 2 on my posts I didn't get much support. I was thinking that everything is same but I continued posting.

On third of my SEC post, I got upvote from SC01 in SteemitCryptoAcademy, and I was shocked and was very happy. It motivated me after seeing the STEEM I will get. From that day, I continued work on platform and withdraw a little amount rest is on Steemit in SP and Steem form.

It was really a happy moment and day for me. I told my family about it and they supported me to do more work with dedication. It was full of excitement when I see upvote from SC01 which I was waiting for. It boosted my Reputation and now with the continous support from SC01 to SC09 and communities admins and mods, I have reputation of 69.398 and 3040SP.

The upvote I got motivated me a lot and whenever I get upvote, it recharges me again to post quality content regularly. But due to house work, I sometimes get busy and post less in some weeks.

My journey started on Steemit in September 2017 when I joined it and my experience at that time but not good because I was not getting support. I think it was my fault that I didn't first learn the ecosystem of the platform.

However, the real journey of me on Steemit platform started in August 2022, 1 year back, when I started participation in different communities selected for Steemit Engagement Challenges. I was also posting in Steem Alliance and got good support from there too.

I think every newbie faces many challenges in start of journey. First is no one notice him and he post without any reward in return. From time to time and by doing engagements with high reputation Steemians, he start to get support.

In my view, newbies face issues on Steemit due to their own mistakes. They start using AI content and post plagarism content. They try to scam and spam the platform which in return makes them ban from most of the communities. So we all must work in a right way to get support and enjoy the platform like other social media platforms.

What I faced here is not getting support even after posting good my own written content. It demotivated me a lot but @malikusman1 and @steemdoctor1 (admins of Steem4Bloggers) in whatsapp group motivated me supported me and clear my confusion about the platform and ecosystem.

Since then I am growing fast on the platform and Steemit has become part of my life just like Facebook and Instagram.

I suggest every newbie and advance Steemians to follow the rules of Steemit and of all communities they are in. It is good for us and not for the platform. Like if we follow the rules, we will be among top users and get support in every way. But if we break the rules we will be banned from the communities and no one will notice us.

Another thing I suggest here is like we want support from other Steemians, why we are not supporting them first? If we support by commenting, replying and upvoting other's good content, then other Steemians will also like you and will support you. So engage well, post well, and communicate with others through comment section.

Important suggestion here is to avoid AI generated content and plagarism content as it will only lead you to ban one day. You will soon make mistake and will get caught. So it's better to write self written content and participate maximum in SEC and diary games.
