The beauty of this contest is that by reading the post of this contest we get ideas on how to reduce stress. In today's time, everyone is reducing their life due to stress. Stress is a psychological condition in which a person is unable to control himself and pays more attention to negative thoughts. The direct step to the destruction of a human being is to bring negative thoughts into one's life. The person who gets negative thoughts in his life automatically gets demotivated.

WHAT DO YOU DO TO STAY BALANCED IN TIMES OF STRESS?
  • Stress is such a condition in which maximum harm is done to human health. Stress is such a condition due to which there are a lot of effects on the blood pressure of a person. I have seen such a case in my life in which a person overpowers himself under stress and his blood pressure suddenly increases because of this pressure on the small veins of his brain increases and his brain vein bursts, which is called brain haemorrhage. It is said. That's why a person can never control his stress, so he should stay away from stress.

  • To avoid stress, I adopt three measures in my life.

  • Drinking 100 ml of water every 3 minutes is beneficial for calming the mind.

  • Divert your attention from the current situation - so meet someone who can entertain you.

  • Sleep - Sleep is of utmost importance, if a person is unable to give himself time to sleep, then he should make a schedule of a minimum 8 hours of sleep as soon as possible.

GIVE THREE MAIN REASONS BEHIND OUR STRESS?
  • Stress does not come automatically, it depends on the psychology and mental health of the person. Let me give you some such examples which have become the reason for maximum stress these days.

  • Financial issue -In practical life, a person's business or unemployment has become the main cause of stress.

  • Education/ Exam - Education and exams are very important in children and youth, so this is also one of the reasons for stress in children.

  • Without rest - Due to a busy schedule and running, a person is not able to give himself time to rest and due to this stress increases.

DO YOU THINK NOW WE SHOULD TAKE THIS PROBLEM SERIOUSLY? IF SO, THEN DESCRIBE WHY?
  • Why not at all, status cannot be avoided. This is such a condition in which human life gradually decreases. Stress brings many diseases with it. Stress is such a condition that leads a person to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and I have seen it in my real life. That's why there should be immediate management of stress and by talking to the person who is feeling stressed, he should be diverted from the current situation by sitting near him.

Hola amigo, no sabía que beber agua ayuda a calmar el estrés que bueno saberlo. A mí me funciona mucho pensar en otra cosa que no sea el problema, caminar para despejar la mente.

Tienes razón en que los niños también se estresan por sus exámenes o exceso de tareas porque me pasó.

Debemos tratar de controlarnos para que el estrés no cause a la larga alguna enfermedad.
