root of suffering is an attachment

without an attachment, there will be no pain after everything. it's the teaching of lord buddha. also known as Siddhattha Gotama was a philosopher, mendicant, meditator, spiritual teacher, and religious leader who lived in ancient India (c. 5th to 4th century BCE)He is revered as the founder of the world religion of Buddhism. buddhas preach teach us how to achieve happiness. how to end of inner fire. as all we know and we feel sad, remorse, anger, lust, worry, revenge, doubt, and commitment. but who thinks about the reality? according to buddhas preaches those sad and rough burning feelings are effects of attachment. in other words, it's true. attachment is the root of suffering.
understanding reality is the only way to find ourselves.
as humans, we all lost our way along the path we all missed something deeply. lord buddha said 3 universal truth

  1. Nothing is lost in the universe
  2. Everything Changes
  3. The Law of Cause and Effect

there is pain behind everything. think about a relationship we all fall in love with someone. sometimes they will change. that will make you sad. actually, everything changes. humans, love, feelings, happiness, and sadness. all volatile rapidly. in this volatile word, if someone thinks "this will never change" this is mine. he/she will end up sad. when you make a bond with someone, always remember the sadness that owns you. you invite sadness when you think "this is mine" Suffering exists Life is suffering. Suffering is real and almost universal. Suffering has many causes: loss, sickness, pain, failure, and the impermanence of pleasure

In Buddhism, the law of karma, says "for every event that occurs, there will follow another event whose existence was caused by the first, and this second event will be pleasant or unpleasant according as its cause was skillful or unskillful." when you cry. always remember those tears were once you gave to another. such as humans we feel angry sometimes and that drives us into horrible things. It's a fire inside ourselves. so Gautama buddha said "

"you will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger"

Your worst enemy cannot harm you as much as your own unguarded thoughts Gautama buddha said. He advised people not to accept his words on blind faith, but to decide for themselves whether his teachings are right or wrong, then follow them. Buddhism is a philosophy of life expounded by Gautama Buddha. also there are many lessons by buddha for real life. how to grow a better life with a good mind. do everything well and they will come back to you at right time. don't be angry, only the medicine for inner fire is to control your mind, if not, your mind will control you. always remember everything is volatile so don't try to find anything yours. practice give up and feel the real sensation of happiness
