La Neo-Revolución durante mucho tiempo se consideró como un grupo de terroristas inadaptados que solo buscaban el caos en lo que se consideraba una civilización perfecta. Los Neo's son la representación abstracta de que la humanidad debe permanecer así, como humanos. Su sentido de pertenencia a las antiguas costumbres y a no reemplazar todo lo que conlleva el ser humano fue lo que hizo de este movimiento un símbolo de libertad.

The Neo-Revolution was long regarded as a group of misfit terrorists who were only looking for chaos in what was considered a perfect civilization. The Neo's are the abstract representation that humanity must remain like this, as humans. Su símbolo se creo de dos maneras, la palabra NEO con tintes amarillos y negros que representaban la riqueza que en ello se encontraba y luego fue simplificado a E para uso más artístico como marcas de guerra, tatuajes o simple arte urbano. El diseño de este símbolo fue diseñado ciclos atrás por David Herrera, un artista que solo quería dejar su huella y así lo hizo.
