This is a white meat fish, it is very rich in omega 3 and omega 6, it is rich in minerals and vitamins that can help our body in iron deficiencies, even.

There are those who do not give the importance that Omega 3 deserves, but we must know it is a fundamental polyunsaturated fat for our organism, and it helps with the development of the brain, cell menbrains, regulates cholesterol, helping to maintain heart health, it is ideal for eyesight and skin health.

Anchovy does not contain carbohydrates, instead it has a large amount of calcium, potassium, phosphorus, vitamin C, vitamin A and vitamins of group B.

Ingredients:

Anchovies
chili pepper
Onion
Parsley
Garlic
Salt
Oregano Powder
Potatoes

Preparation:

Wash and clean the fish, and place on the tray. Apart from cut the onion, garlic, diced chili preferably. The potato is peeled and cut into large slices to place at the bottom of the tray.

Powdered oregano is applied on top of all fish, including both sides and side. The dressing is seasoned with salt and a few drops of vinegar. then it is applied to all the fish, trying to fill it with the dressing.

The parsley leaves are washed and placed on the tray on top of the fish, then cover the tray with the foil, before placing in the oven. It is left covered for about 20 minutes and then the aluminum foil is removed, so that it begins to dry, but I assure you that the flavor of the ingredients has already been collected.

Then you leave about 10 minutes and ready you can enjoy this special fish.
