Hello everyone!
This is a response to the call by our very dear @belenguerra, for us to do a little post about ourselves and get to know each other better.
So, without much ado, I will begin...
My name is Olukayode Akin, you can call me Kay for short. I believe it is simpler and quite easy to pronounce. You can see a picture of me above, but here is another one for emphasis...
I live and work in Lagos, the busiest city in Nigeria, and I believe the whole of Africa as well.
Three things that I love about my neighbourhood are the beaches. Lagos opens into the Atlantic Ocean, and so there are lots of beaches around.
I also love the malls in Lagos, and the cinemas in them. Here are a couple more photos of me in the beach and at the mall with some friends and colleagues.
What do I love about Steemit?
Well, a lot! Apart from the fact that it serves as an e-portfolio for my writings, I have also met a lot of wonderful friends here on Steemit, and we have become friends for life, even outside of Steemit.
Why do I like Steem Geography?
Lol, the answer is quite simple though. Because of @belenguerra. She is the single reason why I started and kept on steeming again after a hiatus of about a year.
