Espero sea de tu total agrado, y los invito a conocer un poco sobre este increíble pueblo "La colonia Tovar"
El pintoresco pueblo llamado "La Colonia Tovar" es un pueblo fundado por un grupo Alemanes que provenían en aquellos tiempos , de un estado independiente del País de Alemania llamado "Baden" , y desde entonces establecieron conexiones con el gobierno de Venezuela con el fin de desarrollar nuevas poblaciones que trajeran muchas ventajas y beneficios, como lo es la agricultura y la actividad turística.
Desde entonces, el 8 de abril de 1843, fue fundada por los primeros colones que llegaron al pueblo, entre ellos, habían grandes científicos, pintores, escritores, naturalistas que analizarían la zona para el futuro del pueblo, y desde ahí, se encargaron de mantener sus orígenes y raíces para la fundación y desarrollo del pueblo.
Con el paso de los años, el pequeño pueblo fue muy conocido por la arquitectura que presentaba, pues esta misma provenía de aquel estado independiente de dónde partieron los primeros colones de "Baden", y fue llamando la atención de los turistas por su increíble cultura, y por el asombroso clima que tenía.
En él, se destaca comúnmente el desarrollo de la agricultura, y desde tiempos lejanos se produjeron frutas, legumbres y hortalizas provenientes de aquel clima tan templado, como lo son: las fresas, el durazno, melocotones, las rosas, la zanahoria, el brócoli, etc. Y desde entonces, turistas de cualquier parte del mundo se interesaron en visitar aquel pueblo lleno de una cultura totalmente distinta, y ubicado en un país tropical, como lo es Venezuela.
Actualmente quedan pocos originarios de aquellos colones que llegaron provenientes de tierras lejanas, sin embargo, sus descendientes se han encargado de mantener sus culturas y raíces, pero mayormente podemos ver, como ambas culturas se han ligado, creando una mezcla entre ambas razas, lo que lo hace totalmente increíble, y que llama la atención de muchos turistas.
La economía y la actividad turística de este pueblo, con el paso del tiempo se ha convertido en un punto de llegada para muchos turistas, y es que cada espacio y lugar dentro de él, nos habla sobre esa mezcla entre ambas culturas, lo que lo hace muy llamativo. La arquitectura de las casas que fueron construidas por los colones, hace que el pueblo se convierta muy acogedor, por lo que actualmente han creados muchos sitios de hospedaje para el uso y disfrute de los turistas que deseen visitarlo.
En 2 ocasiones tuve la oportunidad de ir, y podía notar como en cada esquina había un sitio que representaba la cultura de aquellos colones que se encargaron de sembrar sus raíces hace mucho tiempo, por lo que podemos encontrar múltiples sitios artesanales para la venta de productos originarios del pueblo, y comidas típicas del mismo. Y es muy reconocida, por la famosa fiesta que se celebra anualmente como el "Oktober fest"
Datos geográficos :
• Ubicación: Este pueblo pintoresco, se encuentra ubicado en el país de Venezuela, específicamente en el estado llamado "Aragua" al norte de la región, y 65,5 km al oeste de la capital del país.
• Clima: El clima de esta zona es lo que lo hace tan popular, ya que abunda un ambiente templado, que le da cabida al desarrollo de la agricultura para frutas y hortalizas de ese clima, y se encuentra ubicado en la cordillera de la costa del país.
Diariamente se pueden observar temperaturas de unos 10°C con abundante neblina, más que todo en la tarde, por lo que es un clima de montaña que a muchos turistas les suele gustar.
• Geografía: Es un pueblo que está rodeado de grandes montañas, que a su ves van acompañados de riachuelos y grandes quebradas que forman un aspecto como el del pueblo "Baden" el cuál fue inspiración para la Colonia Tovar.
Contiene muchos bosques y zonas en dónde abunda mucho la vegetación, lo cuál le da un aspecto más acogedor y es más atractivo para los turistas.
• Fauna: A pesar de tener un clima bien peculiar, abundan una gran diversidad en especies de aves, mamíferos y serpientes, que forman parte ya de la zona.
El Tucán pico de frasco Esmeralda, los Monos aulladores, el Colibrí azúl, Las golondrinas , las mariposas Raras y el Cachicamo, son las especies más comunes que podemos observar en esta colonia.
•Flora: Podemos encontrar una gran variedad de flora que forma parte de este gran pueblo, como lo son las hermosas orquídeas, flor nacional del país, y a los grandes helechos arboreos .
Actualmente, la Colonia Tovar forma parte de la cultura Venezuela, ya que es una tradición ir para allá, y visitar cada uno de los rincones y lugares que ese gran pueblo nos ofrece, es por eso que me siento feliz de que en mi país pueda existir esta mezcla entre ambas culturas, y que muchos turistas del mundo puedan venir y apreciar lo hermoso que es este lugar.
Hoy en día es un centro de turismo muy grande, podemos encontrar: Hoteles, cabañas, restaurantes con comida típica de Alemania, pequeñas bodegas con recuerdos del viaje, y un sin fin de cosas que son alucinas al pueblo.
La gente es muy amable y acogedora, y está dispuesta a enseñarnos esta increíble cultura que llegó hace mucho tiempo a este país, y estoy segura que aprenderemos mucho de ello. Es un lugar increíble y lleno de belleza, desde el primer momento al que fui quedé enamorada totalmente, y espero volver a visitarlo.

• Flora: We can find a great variety of flora that is part of this great town, such as the beautiful orchids, the country's national flower, and the large tree ferns.
Currently, Colonia Tovar is part of the Venezuelan culture, since it is a tradition to go there, and visit each of the corners and places that this great town offers us, that is why I feel happy that in my country I can exist this mixture between both cultures, and that many tourists of the world can come and appreciate how beautiful this place is.
Today it is a very large tourism center, we can find: Hotels, cabins, restaurants with typical German food, small wineries with memories of the trip, and an endless number of things that are hallucinating to the town.
The people are very friendly and welcoming, and they are willing to teach us about this incredible culture that came to this country a long time ago, and I am sure we will learn a lot from it. It is an incredible place full of beauty, from the first moment I went I was totally in love, and I hope to visit it again.
