welcome to the new daily raffle series for the weaker users on the chain. I will try to keep it simple. In every post there will be one winner who will be drawn by a comment picker after payout. So here we go!

The prices:

• The delegation interest generated will also remain with the delegatee for an indefinite period (explanation below).

• Your SteemPower must be less than 2000 and your reputation score must be between 25 and 65. If it's higher your participation will be ignored (explanation below).
• Please be fair and participate with one account only.
• Every participant can have a maximum of two delegations at the same time.

Further informations:

Indefinite period

In the prices section above I am talking about an indefinite period. It means that the delegation will stay at the delegatee as long as he is an active member of the steem family. I will check all delegations from time to time and revoke them if a delegatee is inactive for at least three months. I will also revoke delegations if I discover politically incorrect or pornographic activity by a delegatee. Should unforeseen things happen here on or with the blockchain, I also reserve the right to revoke delegations.

SP and reputation limit

All of you know that a delegation of 200 SP helps a Plankton or a Minnow more than a Dolphin, an Orca or even a Whale.
So if you are a Steemian with more than 2000 SP or a reputation score of 66+ your participation will be ignored.
I think it's very important for the longterm success of the Steem to help newbies and make them feel like they have arrived on the right platform. If new users stay here we all will win together.
So let us give the weaker ones the chance to grow.
