Sing & Play week 139 | @hanselmusic - Disorder (Joy Division Cover)
My post for this week is dedicated to Ian Curtis who was found dead this day 41 years ago. Who was Ian? He was an English musician and was the founder of the post punk band Joy Division. He was found dead at the age of 23, he indeed was very young. He became a music legend, well at least in this genre, for the songs he made, the lyrics, his personality and sadly his illness which made him to take the decision to end his own life.

His music style is still influential, the guitar sound and his deep voice makes that genre like a trademark. A lot of band are influenced by Joy Division and his story will live for a long time.
