Which is better for succeeding in life? (Job/Entrepreneur).

Good day to all the steemians across the world. I hope that you all are doing well and enjoying your best of the day. Today I will be participating on a contest organized by @mahadisalim and a topic **Which is better for succeeding in life? (Job/Entrepreneur).**

First let ask, who is an entrepreneur.

An entrepreneur is a person who started a particular business and operates it by his or her self. Stacking their money on risks in the hope of making a profit. Entrepreneurs are those that always good for organizing and managing their business in all aspects which includes planning of the business, financing, marketing of their products and decision-making regarding their business. They carry out many roles, responsibilities and are willing to take any risks in order to achieve their goals.

What is the reason you like the entrepreneur?

They are so many reasons why I like entrepreneur more than doing jobs for salary. Some of those reasons are:-

1. Being entrepreneur, someone can work from anywhere, he or she doesn't necessarily need to go to the office everyday, but can use his or her digital devices to work on his or her business from home.

2. As an entrepreneur you don't depend on salary for your survival but have access to unlimited daily income.

3. It creat the opportunity for someone to learn how to manage and control any amount of money in his wallet to generate profit.

4. In entrepreneur individual have the freedom to say anything they want to say because it thier business and make decisions that favour them unlike job that you obey everything they told you.

Due I haven't started my own business yet but I have a lot of young people around me who have done it and they are actually doing it very well on their business part.

They is one of my friends on my community that open a new talior shop and also sell matters for sawing he is doing very well on they business but he didn't just started they business like that, some years back he was doing job for someone and he save his salary to use in starting the business of his choice.

Before starting this he has being telling us the stress behind the job he is doing, the order he had to obey and many things that is required of him to do but after starting his own business and the business going well, he is leaving the life of his choice.

So this always give me motivation to start a business instead of working under someone that will use the best of you and dump it.

What is the reason for the employment more than the entrepreneur? Share your opinion.

There are many reasons why people choose to be employed to work under someone than starting thier own business. Some of the reason are:-

1. Being an entrepreneurs it requires of you to some set of skills which includes creativity, leadership, problem-solving, and resilience so not everyone have the skills or experience to successfully start and run a business by themselves.

2. Lack of capital: Starting a business need some amount of capital, expertise and time so not everyone has those resources enough to take on the partof entrepreneurship.

3. Fear of failure: The fear of failure can be a major problem for many entrepreneurs because starting a business involves taking a big risks and thinking of not being successful, which can be wick point for some individuals.

No matter the risk and others factor affecting entrepreneur, I will still chose entrepreneur over jobs because I have my own freedom of speech.
