Is Mental Fitness Important For Self Defense?
Fitness is important when it comes to self defense. That's why you spend time to learn some basic exercise when you start learning martial arts as a beginner. When we talk about fitness, we usually think about physical fitness. Mental or psychological fitness is as important as physical fitness.
