No, this isn't a post about being a nose picker, but it could've been. 😁 I'm going to post about being a finder of great deals. I'm a sucker for garage sales so if I run across one that doesn't have a bunch of baby clothes in the driveway, I stop. I once stopped at a garage sale where they were selling a cigar box of jewelry for $20. I glanced at it and thought I spotted something good so I offered them $15, and we settled on $18. When I got home I pulled out my booty box and checked out that piece that I thought was good. It turned out to be a 18 karat white gold ring with no stone. Inside the band it was also imprinted with .50, which usually means a half carat diamond was mounted on the ring. When I was looking through the cigar box for more goodies I ran across a loose stone, you guessed it, it was the missing diamond. I still have that diamond and ring, but I didn't want to unload my safe to get to it. Maybe one day I'll show it to you. Now go out this weekend and find some garage sales and you can be a picker to.

I try to watch for community garage sales, you can stop at a few in the same neighborhood. 👍
I am not fond of garage saling but perhaps in the future when things slow down I won't mind. I just feel I have enough stuff to content with!
