My Question
Lifting a heavy object needs a bit of co-ordination with the lifting. When counting to lift... do you lift ON 3 or AFTER 3? (or do you do something completely weird.... like 1.)
I've always lifted "after" 3... so, "1, 2, 3... then lift"...
Always with your legs not your back!! Of coure this was the mindset coming from when I was in the Army...
