Whenever I'm lifting with any family member, we do READY, SET. GO.
That gives the everyone a chance to get ready, then say "yes" when everyone is ready. Then, when every is ready, we say, SET. then GO.
Ready Set... RUN!!!!! LOL, this isn't a race!
