Hello my friend, thank tou very much for highlighting those points. Actually, its not an easy job to be a curator...it involves alot.

Apart from the daily regular spending of 10 to 15 hours on this blog which i do..., i can easily tell you that one of the tough job to do as a curator is to check for uniqueness. And not just that..., rather you will also check if the user is an abuser..., you will also check his/her delegation..., so roughly i spent 10 to 15mins on one post just to be sure it can have my vote.

Beign a curator isnt an easy Job..., its more than bearing the name....and i am glad you are one of the hardworking curator we have in the blog, please keep it up.
