Hi @liusir, it is a nice to have your recipe here too. Looking at the ingredients it is also very widely spread and quick to prepare. I love tomatoes but did not try with fried eggs, I probably would add some onion in it just for nice fried onion smell, that is always appetising :)

If you can add onions, it will taste better. We usually add some onions or green onions when making it.
