Huevos y tomate, una combinación muy buena y nutritiva, aportan proteína y vegetales, creo que esa porción puede funcionar para comerla sola en un desayuno, parece una cantidad generosa.
Comer con bajo presupuesto parece ser un reto a primera vista pero luego notamos que si se puede e incluso pasan muchas ideas por nuestra cabeza luego de participar en este reto 😅

Hi @liusir, it is a nice to have your recipe here too. Looking at the ingredients it is also very widely spread and quick to prepare. I love tomatoes but did not try with fried eggs, I probably would add some onion in it just for nice fried onion smell, that is always appetising :)

If you can add onions, it will taste better. We usually add some onions or green onions when making it.

Qué bueno que pudiste preparar una comida con poco dinero y que incluiste huevos y tomates dos alimentos que son económicos y que sirven tanto para desayunar como para cenar.
Es una buena combinación y sobre todo veo que fue muy fácil de preparar lo que nos puede sacar de un apuro cuando necesitamos comer y tenemos poco tiempo.
