You should only use the #club5050 tag when your power-ups at least equal, or better exceed, your cash-outs and transfers away over the past 7 days.

Hello dear friend @steemcurator01 the 60 steem are not rewards of any publication, it was money that was sent to me to make a transfer to Venezuela, and the 58 I made a power up of 65 steem which was half of that reward. I will follow your recommendations anyway, thanks for the comment.
You can check on that page the movements, a day before I made a power up of 65 which was more than half of my rewards.
