The death penalty is a highly emotional and controversial topic all over the world. Those who support it argue that it deters crime from society by executing the condemned, while those who oppose it argue that it is an act of violation of human rights through which people are wronged.

Hello friends, I hope you are all well. Through today's contest, I will share with you my thoughts on the death penalty and how it is viewed in my country. Since this topic is a bit different, I will try to give my opinion in a completely unbiased manner.

What do you think about the death penalty, do you agree or disagree? Explain why?

I am a Muslim. It is the responsibility and duty of a Muslim to obey the jurisdiction of the government of his country, whether he likes it or not. I think a judge never gives his own accord judgment because a judge must be conscientious. So in our religion, judges are given a lot of respect, and the Creator gives them numerous blessings.

Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that if a person taken life of another person, his punishment is death. Homicide is a great sin. A great sin is one for which there is no other sin greater. As a Muslim, I am bound to follow my religious system of justice, so I accept the death penalty as a punishment for such criminals.

If the criminal taken life of one person or 100 people, the punishment for his sin is equal. Whoever commits this crime, for whatever reason, no matter how many good people do it, no matter how many powerful people do it, and no matter how many people do it together, it will be considered a death penalty.

A judge never gives judgment of his own accord. In our religion, if a judge gives a judgment through his proper thinking and research, then there is a reward from the Creator for him. Islam is a religion of peace, but it never supports crime. The punishment of crime is not in this world, but it will be in the hereafter.

If all forms of criminals were eliminated from society by the death penalty, there would be no criminals in the world. The death penalty has been in place in the judicial system for a long time, but despite the death penalty, criminal has not disappeared from society because such criminals never confesses his crime as a heinous one. So I think the only punishment for a heinous sin like this is the death penalty.

Is this type of penalty part of the law in your country? Do you think it should be implemented?

I am very happy to say that our country is governed by Islamic law and has the death penalty for such heinous crimes.

In most of the cases in our country, it is seen that the convict convicted of any major crime is sentenced to life imprisonment. According to the crime, the punishment limit for criminals is set, which is 10 years in some cases, 20 years in some cases, life imprisonment in some cases, and the death penalty in some cases.

Another good thing in our country is that those who are sentenced to death penalty are given an opportunity to go to the President and apologize. In this case, he has to spend several days in jail and has to prove through his activities that he feels remorse for the crimes against humanity and will not commit such crimes in the future. He was then given an opportunity to apologize to the president. If our President feels that his death sentence should be commuted, then the accused is pardoned.

Do you know of any particular case of death penalty in your country or any other country? Can you share it?

Yes, I know and have seen a case in our country on the death penalty that was exemplary in the whole world. In 1971, our freedom fighters liberated the country by defeating the enemy through a long, war lasting nine months. As a result, a new country was born in 1971, and we got golden Bangladesh. But during the war, many people did things that were very reprehensible.

They are war criminals. In 1971, many people in our country helped the enemy forces kill the own people and freedom fighters in our country. Instead of helping the people liberate the country, they joined hands with the enemy army and cheated our country. Therefore, our current Prime Minister, Sheikh Hasina, established the International Criminal Tribunal in 2010.

Through which many war criminals who were in hiding were hunted down. Between 2013-2015, many war criminals were found and sentenced to death. They have betrayed our country, killed countless people in the country, raped the mothers and sisters of their own country, and committed many great sins that violate humanity. That is why they were sentenced to death. through which the war criminals of our country have been freed.

Conclusion

A mosquito is also an organism like us. Even if mosquitoes do not bite their species, they suck human blood, so we use various methods to control mosquitoes, but we do not spare them. Similarly, man is also a living being, and it is in his self-defense to punish those who commit sins like transgressors. Because the easier the sin, the crueler the sinner.

A human being should stay away from killing another human being unjustly and should never think that killing another human being is a human being's life is given only once and this life is a great blessing of Allah Almighty in this life always. You should fear Allah and never indulge in sin. You should never think that you have to kill any human being and in this post you have written very good things and your Every time I read the post I get to learn a new lesson and this is an admirable post

No other human has the right to take a human life. It is a great sin that violates humanity and there is no greater sin than this. Our religion also allows death penalty for such sinners. Thanks for visiting .

Hi my friend I totally agree with your point of view because under no circumstances can we look with compassion on a person who has caused the loss of hundreds, the displacement of entire families, the death and destruction of many young people, and make them desperate to get these destroyers, so we sympathize with him and say he is imprisoned.

Someone who has had no pity on the tears of mothers, the moans of children, the helplessness of old people, the sighs of fathers and the sorrow of brothers, does he deserve pity, pity or compassion ?

Someone who has had no pity on the tears of mothers, the moans of children, the helplessness of old people, the sighs of fathers and the sorrow of brothers, does he deserve pity, pity or compassion ?

To show mercy to such people means to further encourage their criminal activities. If they are shown mercy, maybe another mother will lose her child, another sibling will cry and another father will breathe a sigh of sorrow. So death penalty is the appropriate punishment for them.

Thank you for sharing your perspective on the death penalty. It's always interesting to hear different viewpoints on such a controversial topic. I understand that the death penalty is a complex issue that involves various ethical, moral, and legal considerations. It's important to have thoughtful and informed discussions about the death penalty to determine whether it's an effective and fair punishment for heinous crimes.

Death penalty is the appropriate punishment for any evil, person i wish you good luck.

those who are sentenced to death penalty are given an opportunity to go to the President and apologize

It's nice that in your country, convicts are given a second chance however some people do not deserve this privilege, especially those who commit genocide, mass murders and human trafficking.
