In Nigeria, graduates of university or Higher National Diploma graduates are mandated to observe a year compulsory national diploma. After my graduation at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, I was posted to the Nigerian Naval Engineering College, Sapele where I used my experience in Mechanical Engineering to impart knowledge on both National Diploma Students of Marine and Weapon Engineering department of the school.

This is very interesting, in my country there is something similar but not so long.
