Assalamu Alaikum to all, hope you are all well. By the grace of God I am fine. I am very happy because the new season of steemit engagement challenge is here. So today I will participate in the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 8 Week 1. this community hosted engagement challenge is about What is the value of life. Thanks to community admin @colombiaoriginal for organizing this beautiful contest. I will be a part of this contest by answering few questions, hope you all like it, then stay with me.

What do you think about the death penalty, do you agree or disagree? Explain why?

• Regarding death penalty I think that the only punishment for any serious crime is death penalty. It is going on in almost many countries, including us. Many people think that the most severe punishment in the world is the death penalty. The death penalty is not always carried out, there are some serious crimes, which are not pardonable, which are punishable by death. For example, I think it is a great sin to kill people, legally, no matter how big the crime is, the law will punish him.

• If someone takes the law into his own hands and kills someone else, he commits a heinous crime and is punishable by death. All these killers make citizens of the country lose faith in law and justice. So I think it is better to punish those who commit unforgivable crimes with death penalty. Because for this terrible punishment all other criminals will turn away from big crimes. So death penalty should be effective, people will not commit crime, world will be at peace.

• Yes, this kind of punishment is the legal punishment of our country and I feel very proud that this law is effective in our country, all the people of our country follow this law. If this law was not in the land of Annas, many enemies would have been created in the country and people would have killed each other because of their quarrels and their anger. Legally in our country, if a person commits a crime, he will be punished. Some of the accused are sentenced to 5 years, some to 10 years, some to 20 years and some to life imprisonment. And the most severe punishment is death penalty. I think that the death penalty should be the real punishment for people who commit serious crimes, who have no excuse for terrible punishment.

• We constantly see various events and news on social media or in news papers. So we all hear and see the daily happenings in the country. We have such thickets in Bangladesh which are very difficult, sad. Among the many incidents in our country, killing someone for any reason, raping women has been executed for these reasons. I have heard that in many countries, children are killed, they are also killed for religious reasons, so the only punishment for these crimes is death penalty. All the accused in our country can seek pardon from the government means the law and after analyzing his case, pardon him if he feels that he can be pardoned. Almost every country has death penalty, even in our country death penalty is given as peace for some crimes. So I support the death penalty.
