As we know that almost 90% of people in this world need health facilities to reach and check their health problems and only 10% of people live and are not dependent on health facilities. We realize that the longer the death rate is getting higher, which is caused by several factors and one of the factors is health problems ranging from toddlers, children to adults. Well, in this contest, I will try to discuss some more specific things about my experience in the health world.

IMG-20220831-WA0004.jpg

Are you afraid of any medical instrument? Ex: syringes, sphygmomanometer, stethoscope, etc. Tell us why.

IMG_20221017_133730.jpg

when checking blood pressure and taking some medicine

With the various medical problems that I am currently experiencing, I can say that I am afraid of all medical devices. A smooth and sharp iron object was inserted into the skin for a few seconds, it was very painful. A thorn that is accidentally pierced makes us very sick, especially this.

I am a hospital patient, yes I can say that because my body condition makes me have to go back and forth to the hospital. So, although I am afraid of all medical devices, I have also gotten used to it and this habit of mine does not make me like medical devices.

However, I like the blood pressure device the most, there I see the shape that changes from time to time. We can see blood pressure and usually I will take advantage of this condition to increase my body's immunity by doing healthier activities so that I don't have to see a doctor and go to the hospital and see needles again. Oh, it really scares me even thinking about it.

Are you afraid of any medical specialist? To which? we would like to know why

Actually, what we really need when we are sick is a specialist doctor who will help us to treat our disease better because the knowledge and experience he has is much better. Medical specialists will certainly provide more specific diagnostic results so that the healing process will also be better.

I was accompanied by my husband when I was often in and out of the hospital

Dentist, dermatologist, cardiologist, lung doctor, oncologist, surgeon, and any doctor, is a very noble profession and very meritorious for a person's life. However, with my condition of having to go back and forth between hospitals, I can say that I don't want to see any specialists. Did you know, there is a feeling of tiredness and physical pain when we have to step our feet in a clinic, or health center, or hospital will make the atmosphere and enthusiasm lessen. Feelings of people who are sick will be very different from those who are healthy where they will be more stable in any case. So, I suggest you to always take care of your health because you are much luckier than those who can only survive on nasal tubes and oxygen.

Do you remember any uncomfortable, painful, funny or unpleasant medical experience? Share it with us🙂

Of course there is, I remember and it is very clear in my mind until now that there were two events that made megrateful and take a deep breath at this time.

IMG_20221017_124013.jpg

my husband tried to comfort me at that time

At that time I had several miscarriages and in my second pregnancy, the obstetrician recommended me to do a curettage so that my uterus could be clean again after the miscarriage. Finally I entered the room where the 20cm thin pipette-shaped tool will be installed if I'm not mistaken. And to open the way, there will be something like a machine that sounds like a water pump, it hurts a lot and after that the doctor recommends that I have full body anesthesia during the operation later.

I don't know how the anesthetic works, but what I do know is from the experience of many people that we won't feel any pain while taking it. Finally I entered the operating room, and was under general anaesthesia and when this happened, it was like there were glowing doors, where the incident before the operation happened again, I don't know, maybe because of fear, excessive worry made me hallucinate until I had to wait a few hours for it to happen. I came back to my senses and I heard the nurse's voice wake me up like a vowel O. It was so scary and I don't want the same thing to happen to me again not to anyone else.

But from all these incidents, I can learn important lessons that these events made me live a better life both in terms of my lifestyle and mentality, and I am grateful that I have become a mother of 2 children now after the curettage.

IMG-20220831-WA0004.jpg

Did you experience any medical trauma in your childhood?Could you share it with us?

I can say that when I was little I didn't have any medical trauma despite being in the hospital often, but at that time I wanted to get well soon and live like other children, do sports that I like, and be able to do strenuous activities so that it doesn't bother me. both of my parents.

But it makes me even more excited that one day I will definitely recover and even though I can't fully recover, I will definitely be able to do some of the things I want in the future of course with hard work and also live a better life. I feel that I also have the same opportunities as them, and I believe that nothing can't be done when someone tries.

Now, I have grown into a healthier child and of course my life should be extra healthy in every way, considering the two young children sometimes makes me wonder if I will be able to be with them for a long time. I said that health is the greatest gift that God has given, so anyone should not ignore it because illness is expensive, pain is not good and pain is a limitation later on for us, so keep healthy.

Have you experienced an accident or illness considered serious? What teaching did this experience leave you?

At that time I was in my 4th semester of college, and I had to do charity work in Bener Meuriah. At that time I was on campus to record the various activities we would do there, but when I was going home to get ready to leave, on the way there was a middle-aged woman who was on her motorbike right in the middle of the road without any reaction, I was at 100km/hour when was unable to dodge and there was a very terrible accident. I am grateful that I am still alive even after the asphalt fills my body, at that time direct action must be taken without the need for anesthesia. And yes, I had to give up having stitches on my chin, legs, and hands without anesthesia. It will not be forgotten even today.

From that experience, it taught me many things, that at all times we must be careful and alert.Usually the pain comes because we are invited and I have learned a lot from this incident. There are many people who will feel worried, parents and even doctors will be very busy because of our carelessness besides that the costs incurred are not small, the motor is damaged, have to deal with traffic police, doctors and all kinds of threads, syringes are enough to it makes me speechless and traumatizes me when someone is driving a train at high speed.

life is very precious and live it to the fullest because you only live once, don't let the moment you realize how precious your life is and regret it then it's too late.

So far, my participation in this very interesting theme, hopefully I can take part in the Steemit Engagement Challenge contest, hopefully it will be useful and once again, take good care of your health,
See you soon, from your friend

Apparently you are someone who has had to go through many critical moments in terms of health, I would also be afraid to go to a doctor in your place.
I'm sorry for the abortions you had, curettage is a very critical, uncomfortable and scary procedure, I hope you don't have to go through something like that again.

Thank you for sharing your experiences and reflections with us.
