Hola amigo, claro, derepente una cárcel con condiciones de reformación más fuerte tendrían lógica, pero las naciones gastan Miles de dólares en eso y la verdad eso no arreglará mucho. Por lo menos en mi país las cárceles tienen demasiado poder
