I understand you most men are not afraid of medical instruments. Being it syringes, bistouri... Nevertheless it is not your case of course but I know some men who are afraid of the syringe.

A very big yes to Orthopedic surgeons. someone who specialized in bone formation is call an Orthopedic surgeons and we locally call this person Doctor bone.

Most of the time these specialists uses analgesic or pain killers after their operations so that you should be in pain. May you saw how it operates and it scared you.
Yet since bones are highly innervated a fracture or injury there will cause excess pain.
