Secondly, the death penalty punishment is often used more frequently on people that are vulnerable, like people from low-income backgrounds.
This is a really bad law of every country and i full agree with you because on that days in our country the rules of law also are not equal for everyone, That's why many our youth take suicidea.

When it comes to equality, I believe the death penalty doesn't stand as the case differs base on the level of your vulnerability, the higher income people can afford to pay for good prosecutors while other can't.
