@cryptobitcoins, you are true in your point of view death penalty is given by state to the killer or any criminal but inspite of all things life is great blessing. They are sentenced to death and when they realize the value of life its gone. It really painful either its really part of law.
Yes, it's hard but there are some acts which can't be ignored. But life is very important thing 🙂
