I hope all of you will be fine and doing well with the great blessing of Allah almighty. I want to Congratulate the Whole Team of Colombia-Original For being Selected in Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 8. Today is the 1st week of Season 8 and I'm supper Excited to take part in this Contest.

What do you think about the death penalty, do you agree or disagree? Explain why?

Death Penalty also known as Capital Death is the Punishment for a Crime. As the punishment is the biggest Punishment which can be given from state so the crime is not small. The person who accused as death penalty must have done a serious crime which can't be tolerated.

The person who did murder, Rape with Children, Terrorism and any other serious crime is usually accused of Death penalty. It is the highest level of punishment.

Death penalty is only given by State or Government. In many countries according to law some serious crimes are accused of Death penalty. Even in US it is applicable but in some states it is not applicable.

If we talk about my thinking than the life of a person is the biggest thing. But my Answer will be according to my Relegion Islam which has given a proper answer about this case. If a person did a crime like murder than it should be accused of Death Penalty. Because if it is tolerated than many new Crimes will raise and if the person who did crime get his punishment than other will seek guidance from that one.

I think Death Penalty should be given but make sure a person who is not fully confirmed of that crime shouldn't be accused of Death penalty. Only after confirmation it should be given. If the family of the person which was murdered, give relaxation to the murderer than death penalty can be avoided.

Is this type of penalty part of the law in your country? Do you think it should be implemented?

Yes, In Islamic Republic Of Pakistan Death penalty is a part of Law. In my country it is practiced rarely because sometimes the Judges give the relief or sometime the family give relief to the person who did the crime.

Now it's Become a Rule, The person who will Absue or Talk against the dignity of Our Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad SAW will be accused of Death penalty. There will be no relaxation who will hurt Muslims Believes.

There is another rule, The person who will do a crime related to Rape and especially with Children will be accused of Death penalty. This order is given to stop the increasing number of Child Rape.

I think the punishment can be replaced by some other means but the punishment should be given for abusing or using wrong words for Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad SAW. According to my thinking to eradicate these crimes from our society Death punishment should be given.

Do you know of any particular case of death penalty in your country or any other country? Can you share it?

Yes, I know a death penalty case in my country. A Pakistani named Mumtaz Qadri was accused of Death penalty and the action was taken on February 2016. He killed a person who abuse the Holy Prophet.

Although this is responsibility of a Muslim to protect the dignity of Our Last prophet, but according to law the person can't take decision by himself. There is a proper law for it and Punishment can be given after court orders.

He killed that man without going to the court that's why he was given death penalty. According to my thinking the person can be Jailed for lifetime rather than to give death punishment.

I thinking there is need some more accurate way to eradicate the crimes and especially those crimes which lead a person towards death penalty. Many countries considered Death Penalty as illegal doing but many countries have legalized it and have a proper law for it same is the case with my country.
