What do you think about the death penalty, do you agree or disagree? Explain why? |

First of all we discussed about the death penalty it's a large punishment that I see overall and it's also legal punishment in evey country or religion person is put to death by the state as a consequence for a crime they have committed this punishment is also for the some serious cases like morders and treason the death penalty is totally different in various countries.
In these countries they implement on death penalty according to their law and jurisdiction which they depend on them in some countries death penalty is for specific crime the use of it is very controversial and debated issue of moral and ethics some Islamic countries implementing on death penalty including pakistan.
If we discussed agree or disagree so in some conditions I agree on death penalty but some conditions I think don't match with death penalty so let's see them the first and mian thing about the death penalty is unusual and ineffective punishment in determining the crime If I talked about ny personal experience and answer death penalty don't decrease the rate of crime.
But in some cases I totally agreed with death penalty it's also great treatment for the other people to stop from crime and it's aslo help to reduce the rate of crime but when the crime has done by the criminal so I think gives the second chance in his life because death penalty is useless after the crime but according to our religion death penalty is allowed is our Islam so I agree death penalty gives the lesson to others people.

Yes the death penalty is also part of law in Pakistan many number of offices can be imposed the death penalty in Pakistan the number of sections for death penalty like section 302 Pakistan Penal Code, PPC) it's also implemented on the morder and in the case of robbery it's implemented Section 17 (2) the death penalty is often and frequently used in pakistan on the cases of murder moreover the death penalty is used under the Zina.
I have already said pakistan is a Islamic country and death penalty is also allowed in our religion if we talked about the implementing on the death penalty so when the crime has proved 💯 on the criminal in these crime the murder is very first and big if the proved there is no chance to leave tbe criminal so he hang as penalty death.
I have already mentioned the role Section 302 which is also implemented on the murder and death penalty it's was anti-terrorism act which was proved in 1997 in Pakistan the death penalty is also used by the hang of criminal death penalty is a big punishment in Pakistan when any criminal do the murder and robbery but according to Islam the zina is big crime in Pakistan.

Yes the history of Pakistan is full with the cases of death penalty the most big case in Pakistan that faced the death penalty is the big name Zulfiqar Ali he was the prime minister of Pakistan 1975 he faced the death penalty in 1977 and he was hang in 1979 the claim on him that illegal activities and corruption as political leader.
Moulvi Mushtaq Ahmad who was the pakistan jurist he issued the order of death penalty of Zulfiqar Ahmad and ten date of death is April 4,1979 many people think about him that he was corrupt politics and the death penalty was his right but Pakistan is facing these kind of issues in present so I think it's not solutions of this problem.

Hello dear friend, welcome to the community, I am glad that in your country there is this law, I think it is important for some cases, everything has its nuances, advantages and disadvantages, nothing is completely black and white. Same like you, I also agree with death penalty and in our religion Islam, for serious big crimes like rape and murder, death penalty is allowed because it keeps the society controlled with no crimes.
It is also true that some criminal will not stay away even after seeing such punishments but still we need to give punishment.
As Pakistan is the Islamic Republic state and here Islamic rules are implemented, death penalty is must to given to a murderer and raper.
Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was given death penalty but I have not much knowledge and I have heard that he was innocent and his opponents did this all. But who knows the truth except Allah Almighty.

just wow. For a whole prime minister of a country to be sentenced to death for corruption and illegal activities.
That act is so rampant among politicians in my country nigeria and nothing is done about it. Even with enough evidence, they seem to give themselves some immunity, even common local government chairman experience this form of immunity. I guess the death penalty for illegal activities and crimes wont be a bad idea in nigeria lol
