What is tourism? - If am asked
Here is the little answer I may add
Like a blissful adventure
Tourism is a big balm to the heart

Not just journeys flying to lands
Dream lands hitherto unknown to known
But mere strolling too I swear
To ordinary things hitherto not quite unknown

A visit to father's farm, for a say
Just behind the very same house
Where all of us, all our lives have lived
And if we squat down, down
And patiently put our eyes and ears to use
Even the earthworms and their burrows
Will come strange and alive to us
And so will ants and the food bit? They,
Like some States men of our new democracy
Ethernally seem to cart away
Then hundreds of potent shrubs and grass
That certainly must do some yet unknown cure
And should you dare use a microscope on it,
The haul of a handful of earth will surprise you
Let's take time to look at things around at noon
For we are all tourists on planet earth
