As we have had a lot of new cases of plagiarism and spun content in here, I thought this post could be useful for new users regarding what we expect to see in here (and in Steemit in general!).

What to do in Writing & Reviews 📃 ✒️

🔹 Be original!

We're a writing community... Is there a better place to be creative rather than this one?!

🔹 Lose yourself to writing

Share with us any creative writing of your own. Here you can share long or short stories, poems, plays, haikus... any creation you can think of. We'll be more than pleased to read you!

🔹 Take us with you on your day

We try to encourage The Diary Game posts as much as we can, and we love to see how our fellow writers from all over the world live. It's really nice to see that you take us into account whenever you're doing activities that are special for you or special ocasions... but as well as that, whenever you share your daily activities, it's just as if we were there with you. It's really nice to see it! :)

🔹 Everything can be reviewed

Finished reading a book lately? Have you seen a movie last weekend? Did you buy something that you really liked? Have you tried a new restaurant or food? Everything can be reviewed and we'd love to hear your thoughts about it!

🔹 Practice your writing

If you're not feeling that confident about your writing skills, we can help you! This is a great place to learn and, if you ask us to give your some more detailed feedback on how you can improve, let us know!

What not to do in Writing & Reviews 📃 ✒️

🔹 Steal content/plagiarize content

This is something we really check and control. It feels a lot more to sit and get to write something of your own, rather that stealing someone else's work... whether it's a story, a poem or a drawing. No. You should never do this.

🔹 Create multiple accounts

By creating multiple accounts you will not receive more votes... truth is that we will probably find you. Don't even try it.

🔹 Copy content from someone else and spin words

This is just like stealing... but even worse, 'cause you're trying to hide it. Stolen and spun content will not be tolerated.

🔹 Be disrespectful or rude

We do not like people that are rude or harsh on others under no circumstance. Don't attack others as you wouldn't like to be attacked. Be kind.

🔹 No discrimination or hate

We're all from different countries and cultures and we're not all alike. Don't make any disrespectful comment to others towards their religion, sexual orientation, ethnia, etc.
