In fact, everything is a game of the mind. The more restless we are, the more suffering we suffer.

Calm down when there is trouble. Meditate and go deeper into that pain and find the wound.

Don't touch the wound and don't bleed. Don't get upset to remove the trouble. The more you want to delete, the more intense it will be.

Just look at the wound and think everything is fine. There is nothing wrong with anyone. You didn't make a mistake in love, no one cheated on you, only the road was wrong. You thought of the wrong person in the wrong way.

Nothing happened, the wound is not yours. Slowly go in the opposite direction to the path you took. When the right time comes, you will see that the wound you thought was your own is still there and the wrong man is still lying very close to you.....
