Steemit Engagement challenge S3w1 :Making cakes and pestries Is All About My Job

Introduction
Hello everyone accepts my special greetings from this round globe .Its another week of Steemit Engagements contest challenge .It’s a great pleasure partaking in this beautiful contest organized by hots Steemit community,Tittled All a bout my job . This has given us some good memories lane about our daily activities we carry out d .I will be talking about my job and at thesame I consider it to be my day to day activity which is no other than Baking cakes and pestries .

What Are your Daily task at your job or your Dialy activities .

I will sharing my various activities I do in my daily life as a baker specialized in doing cakesand pastries.

My daily task as baker is to always satisfied my consumers and clients .I have been into pestries almost 3years now .My baking is based commands from my clients . I do home delivery depending on our financial negotiations .My baking is mostly done in my house .All the basics necessities like equipments for baking and pastries in my house .I have a page on facebook ,Instagram called Flora,s cakes .Where I do advertisements of my pestries .I only do most of deliveries in with my home town now .

Also,I baked on daily bases because,I have alots of costumers who contact on my page for their commands .My policy is always payment first before delivery .I love my job as a baker and am so much passionate it .I take time to do my cakes ,doughnuts,chin ,meatpie jnoder to satisfy my clients etc . I believed in myself because I know I give my costumers equality pestries .below are some samples of my activities carried out to designed cakes and do pestries for my client.

What is biggest obstacle you have ever experienced while doing the work?

There are the obstacles I have ever faced as a baker

There was one time I had a very sad experience as a baker I thank God it ended up well .I did one of clients wedding .It was physical amazing and yummy inside.I did 5step tiers cakes with edible leaves and rose flowers on it .Every body appreciated cake when I mounted cake in hall where the wedding ceremony is taking place .After busy run of the program before the cutting cake .I started seeing how the second tiers of the cake is bending as if it want to collapse .I discovered immediately and pleaded with the MC to move straight to the cutting of cake or the cake will collapse .

The hall contained a population of more than five hundred people .I felt like crying in hall and the same feeling bad I have spoiled my clients wedding celebration if the cake collapsed collapsed .Luckily the CM called the couples to came up for cutting of cake .the couples succeeded in cutting of the cake with it collapsing as I as I thought .I hurriedly went up on the stage and dismantled cake .I discovered the second layer of the cake I forgot to insert dwells to support the cakes to stand firm .I felt bad because I considered that as negligence from me .this the cake that wanted to collapse

Since I then I always make sure am conscious and steady when ever am baking and decorating my cakes .At was happy the couple didnot noticed that her cake want to collapse.It was only the MC and some few that noticed

Also ,Another shocking experience I past through with a clients was during my cake delivery .After decorating her son,s cake .We agreed I will come and deliver the cake to her in town .When I was done we had to meet for her to collects cake .Immediately she came On a bike while giving her the cake .The cake felt down from my hands had some scratches but did scatter .I felt bad and apologized her ,but she was like am okay .I told her will refund backs her money but but she refused went with the cake by saying it could still be her experiencing thesame and that is not my faults .uptill now I can’t even explain how managed the cake felt from my hands.This this the cake the felt from my hands during delivery.

What is your greatest hope in the Future related in your activities?

My greatest hopes in the future is upgrade my baking skills and pestries always .This is because they are alots competitors in market and people will always like to purchase the best .I believe every

In addition My intentions is to extents my skills not only baking and pestrie but to open a shop of my own that can sell cakes tools and material .Eventhough am already into doing that online and home delivery for clients but my greatest priority now is to open a shop soon .

Conclusion

There is always a need to have passion for your job .Your job should be your first priority and also make you should have that love for your job ,by doing your job well .
