Welcome to the 74th edition of “The interview showcase...." and my 44th show for 2023. You can't wait to discover what this edition is all about, please follow along as I showcase this interesting user.
If you are new to this page, this lifestyle program has many educational values. A weekly interview of top users/users in the blog concerning some trending topics on the Steemit platform. And tips that can help other Steemians to progress positively and help boost the Steem’s growth.
It will help you to get to know more about Steemians around the globe and even Steem and Steemit itself.
I take time to look at some of the most important topics in the blockchain and have a chat/call with top Steemians who have a greater idea about those topics.
They also share some tips that can help other users understand the blockchain and correctly use it. Sometimes they seek valuable suggestions here to help them solve some of their challenges.
On this week's show, I interviewed one outstanding blogger from Italy, he is also a top user on Youtube with over 600 subscribers and has posted about 455 videos as at today of which some of his videos runs into thousands of views.
He is a traveller with some great reads on his Steemit blog which turn out to be both entertaining and educative for researchers.
He is a member of the Italian community and one of the admins in Traveling Steem community which happened to be the only community that activated the multisig wizard.
Please join me as I welcome @hotspotitaly all the way from Italy to my show for today.
🔶Hotspotitaly : Hello, first of all, thank you for inviting me. It's an honor for me to be interviewed by you because you are quite an important person here on Steemit.Well, let's say I am a very simple,humble, and curious person who always likes to discover new places, their stories, and what's behind them. As a person, I always want to improve and learn new things; I think education is important..
🔶Hotspotitaly : Let's say I have been active for only a few years. I had already created the account before, but
partly due to time constraints and partly because I wasn't familiar with the environment and wanted to understand it better, I observed how it works for a while. Now, I try to be quite present. I am especially inspired to post content about travels and the places I discover. That's why I'm happy to be part of the Traveling Steem team.
🔶Hotspotitaly : It has certainly influenced me positively. What I find different about Steem compared to other
social platforms is that there is always a positive and constructive environment here. Especially by following a community like Traveling Steem, it has been very useful for me because I have learned about many places around the world thanks to the users. However, there are many interesting and active communities.
🔶Hotspotitaly : I can cook quite well; I've shared some posts, but I'm a bit shy. I don't have any other secrets. I try to be authentic in my stories and posts.
🔶Hotspotitaly : I don't think I've contributed much, but I try to contribute to the strong Italy community, which undoubtedly promotes Steem. Certainly, what I've noticed is that Steem is popular in South America; maybe there are more active communities there.
🔶Hotspotitaly : A few years ago, I started a YouTube channel. I wanted to share what I tell in my travels,
focusing more on my country, Italy. There are many things to discover in lesser-known places. Unfortunately, people who come to Italy always go to the usual art cities, while there are hidden gems. My project is to expand the channel or create a new one on Europe, and maybe in the future, create a YouTube channel about the world, exploring landscapes, art, food, culture, and museums.
🔶Hotspotitaly : I think it's because, as I mentioned earlier, I try to tell what I see with my own eyes without
filters. In the end, I think people all over the world are curious to see new places, so I try to tell it with my simplicity, even though I still have a lot to learn on the platform.
🔶Hotspotitaly : I've certainly drawn a lot of inspiration from the Italy community, but I try to learn from other
members. Writing on Steemit allows me to finance my project because, unfortunately, what other creators should learn is that it's really hard to earn on major social platforms like YouTube or Facebook and, therefore, to carry out their projects.
🔶Hotspotitaly : No, I'm not a travelling agent; I work in a manufacturing company in mechanics. But I must confess, I would like to be a tour guidiance.
🔶Hotspotitaly : Well, I'm 40 years old, I don't consider myself old, I still have many things to discover. What
worries me more is seeing the younger generations too bored, at least in my country. They no longer have the desire to discover new things and new places.
🔶Hotspotitaly : Seeing Steemit, I think cryptocurrencies are hope for certain countries, especially those where inflation is very high. For example, in South American countries like Venezuela, I see cryptocurrencies being widely used. In Italy, we are lagging behind. Unfortunately, due to inflations in recent years, things have worsened here too, and those who don't think about using crypto will have a bad time.
🔶Hotspotitaly : I must confess I'm not a person who goes to the cinema much; I don't even remember the last time I went. I occasionally try to watch some streaming movies, but I honestly prefer documentaries more
than movies. Lately, I watch more YouTube, checking out the content that other people publish.
🔶Hotspotitaly : I'm happy not just for myself but also for other team members. You know well what happened and the setbacks we faced. But behind something negative, there are always positive things, and the
positive thing is that now I've met really talented and smart people. I'm glad that many people are now consistently publishing on Traveling Steem.
🔶Hotspotitaly : Yes, I have a person to recommend who I find very interesting because he is a super traveler and has had more experiences than me. His name is @kikenexum, a Spanish guy I met here on Steemit. He is creating really beautiful posts, and I think he has a lot to tell.
🔶Hotspotitaly : In my free time, I like creating content together with my wife, who is a big book enthusiast. I
also enjoy walking in nature, and, for example, at this time, I like exploring new Christmas markets.
I also read a book now and then, but unlike her, I'm not a super reader; I'm a bit lazy.
🔶Hotspotitaly : No, I can't sing; in fact, I'm probably a bit tone-deaf. I love listening to a lot of music; my
favorite genre is rock, and sometimes, I also listen to some classical music.
🔶Hotspotitaly : Lately, very few, usually about five hours because I dedicate myself to my other social accounts. Unfortunately, I have to grow there because they have more visibility. Still, I always try to
contribute to Steemit.
🔶Hotspotitaly : I haven't had negative experiences except for what you know in the old community. In the end, we all have to work in one direction, grow together, and try to do things more positively.
🔶Hotspotitaly : Let's say it would be nice to organize a kind of reunion among Italians. There are many people I would like to have dinner with because it would be nice to get to know each other beyond the platform.
🔶Hotspotitaly : Let's say the team is doing something; they are trying to refresh the interface with the help of
new developers, as far as I understand. Probably, it would be necessary to promote this platform more in other communication channels to attract more users. Anyway, beyond this, we users have to make everything grow.
🔶Hotspotitaly : Certainly, I think the show you've been doing for a while is very interesting. First of all, thanks
to you, I became known, but it also gave me the opportunity to get to know other Steemians.

It's true that I might be biased because you are an excellent member of the Italian community, but you are truly a great author, and through your posts, you convey your passion for travel so vividly that it feels like we are actually visiting the places you describe.
Keep up the excellent work you are doing. I'm sorry for the unfortunate experience you went through, but I'm confident that with your dedication and that of your team, Traveling Steem will find the recognition it deserves on the Steem blockchain.

Amigo @hotspostitaly, no conocía este programa/post de nuestro amigo @ubongudofot. He descubierto más cosas sobre ti que no conocía, me resulta curioso que te describes como una persona un poco tímida y sin embargo te plantas delante de una cámara para grabar vídeos, es digno de admiración y valentía, debe ser complicado atender sin equivocarte y tener que hacer 6 tomas del mismo texto, jejejeje.
También descubrí que trabajas en una empresa de mecánica al igual que yo. Europa es fuerte en el sector del metal 😅
A ambos nos gusta viajar aunque tú te centras más en tu país y eso está genial para cualquier persona que visite Italia porque tienes vídeos de muchos lugares por recónditos que parezcan, mis viajes son algo más globales y mis post superficiales porque necesitaría 100 post para describir un solo viaje completamente detallado como tú lo haces.
Me gustó mucho el post, no me importaría participar en esta dinámica si el creador estuviera de acuerdo.

Hello @Hotspotitaly, I enjoyed reading this interview to you and I'm agree on the point that is applied in any country: there's always unexplored places that are not really popular that many people are willing to live the adventure there instead of just having a monotonous tour. It's a great job you're doing in your YouTube channel for this purpose.
