What is Traditional Wears?
Traditional wears is clothing made as a symbol to express the identity of a particular community group, This is also a distinctive clothing that differentiates between regions.
Ulee Balang traditional wears
Every country around the world also has their own traditional clothes representing their community groups, Because traditional clothes are clothes made with the characteristics and characteristics of certain local people
The Indonesian state itself consists of cultural diversity and its customs in some areas are still maintained from generation to generation, Different customs, different behavior and traditional clothes.
Acehnese traditional clothing has a special characteristic, one of the important things that distinguishes it from other traditional clothes is the combination of the Malay state and Islamic culture.
Ulee balang Is the name of my traditional clothes, at first Ulee Balang clothes were only used by the royal family, but now anyone can wear this Traditional Wears, The traditional "Ulee balang" clothing consists of two kinds, namely linto Baro (wears used for Acehnese men), Daro Baro used by Acehnese women. For clarity, here I will explain one by one:
1. Linto barou Wears
Ulee balang traditional clothes for men
The Linto Baro clothes used by men consist of several elements, namely clothes, pants, traditional weapons, head coverings, and other decorations, This clothing is used by Acehnese men in weddings, Meugang, Peusijuk, Tung Dara Baro (Ngunduh Mantu), traditional events, and commemoration of major holidays. In the following, I will explain the elements of the new Lintou shirt in detail:
- Baju Meukeusah (Tops like blazers)
- Celana Sileuweu (Long pants )
- Kain Sarung (Songket Worn from the waist to the knees. )

- Rencong (Traditional weapons tucked in the folds of cloth)

Daro Baro clothing is a set of traditional Acehnese clothing used by Acehnese women, Daro Baro clothing consists of brackets, pants, headgear, assorted jewelry, and brooches. As with special traditional clothes for other regional women, There are many decorations on Daro Baro so that the woman who wears it looks more beautiful and charming.In the following, I will explain the elements of the dara baro shirt in detail:

I think the collar on Meukeusah's shirt resembles a Cheongsam collar, Although Aceh's traditional clothes are thick with Islamic and Malay culture, these clothes are also inseparable from the influence of Chinese culture that entered Aceh. The collar was included by the Acehnese traditional dress designers because it was inspired by the collars owned by the Chinese people who used to pass through Aceh a lot as merchants from the bamboo curtain country, That is why the traditional Ulee Balang collar is similar to the Chinese collar.
The diversity of tribes in the world presents a wealth of customs that are considered unique and iconic, as well as traditional clothing from various regions, each traditional dress has its own beauty each, Instead, let's respect traditional clothes from various regions, with differences, let's respect and admire each other with their respective traditional clothes. because all of this is inherited from our ancestors..
