Milk is our beneficial food. Milk is a nutritious drink that provides us with various health benefits, including protein, calcium, vitamins and minerals, weight loss, hydration. So we consume different types of milk to live our life, we consume two types of milk. For example, Dairy milk is another artificial milk.

What are some nutritional differences between diary and artificial milk?

There are several differences between dairy milk and artificial milk. For example, in terms of protein, dairy milk is a good source of high-quality protein. Each cup contains about four grams of protein, while artificial milk contains less protein. Regarding fat, dairy milk contains varying amounts of fat but artificial milk contains more or less fat. Regarding calcium, dairy milk is a rich source of calcium, but artificial milk has calcium added separately. In terms of carbohydrates, dairy milk contains natural sugars in the form of lactose while artificial milks contain less sugars. Vitamin D, dairy milk is always fortified with vitamin D and artificial milk is also fortified with vitamin D. Dairy milk is a good source of vitamins and other nutrients. The nutritional content of artificial milk varies by company or brand.

What are the health benefits of diary milk?

Dairy milk has many benefits for us, as it is a rich source of essential nutrients like calcium, protein, vitamin D and potassium. These dairy milk qualities are essential for maintaining strong bones. It helps in muscle growth and repair. It improves teeth. This milk helps to lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of various diseases. Dairy milk helps in weight control. So these qualities are present in this dairy milk.

Yes, dairy milk is available in my area. Because I live in village, we have many cows, goats around. So many people take to our market to sell milk, those milks are very fresh and fresh, I always buy milk from our market, those milks are very fun and delicious to eat. No adulterants and lots of nutrients. Next, I always take dairy milk, I never take artificial milk. The reasons for taking my diary milk are.

I taste dairy milk. In our daily routine we use this milk as an important part of the traditional diet with dairy products like milk, paish and curd. This dairy milk is always available in my handy store. Dairy milk is a good source of protein for toddlers. It contains growth factors that are important for the growth and development of young children. However, it has been noticed that many people do not like to consume dairy milk due to milk allergy or personal preference. Many people take artificial milk then.

Compare the cost of diary and artificial milk?

The price of dairy milk and artificial milk depends on various factors. For example, it depends on the brand, type of milk, region and whether it is fresh or not. Dairy milk is generally cheaper than artificial milk. I live in Bangladesh so I think the price of diary milk is low in Bangladesh. Diary milk can be priced differently depending on the region. Dairy milk is sold at 70 BDT per liter in our village, which is equivalent to 3.5 Steem.

On the other hand, the price of artificial milk also depends on different brands. But there are some popular brands that produce and supply soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk in our country. Among them, 400 grams of milk costs 700-800 BDT which is equivalent to 35-40 Steem and 7-8 USD. They are of different brands.
