Parbatipur Sub-Registrar's office is one of the land offices in Dinajpur district. This office is located on Bus Terminal Road, Rangpur Railgate. It is easy to reach because it is on the main road. It is located about 800 meters from the bus terminal and 1 kilometer from the rail station. It takes 10 minutes to go from both places. This office is open two days a week, Sunday and Monday.

Land maps of various unions and wards are being sold in front of the entrance. The necessary maps can be purchased from here. A large crowd of people can be seen in front of the office for two days a week. They all come here for various land-related matters. Land is bought and sold here. Many people also come to donate land to the mosque and madrasa. This road is almost closed on office days, due to which the traffic here is less during the off-hours.

The building here was built in 1956. Although it is very old, government work is still going on there. There are two coconut trees inside. These trees are also government trees. Numerous employees work in this old building and they constantly create various land records listed by the government. Just looking at this office, it seems that it is quite old. I have been here for a long time with my father.

There is an old road to enter the main office room. This road is the main entrance to the office and there are offices where each room has a different function. There is a separate room for signing land purchases and sales and a separate room for paying rent. There are also separate rooms for different employees. They all do their own work.

Even though it is an old building, there are many beautiful balconies here. The balconies are also designed. The surroundings can be seen beautifully from the balcony. I enjoyed the beauty of this place. There is also a nice place to sit under the balcony. I sat there with my father and chatted. The entrance gate here is also beautiful. There are guards here at night and there are CCTV cameras everywhere.

There is a beautiful small tea shop in front of the office. The office staff can be seen having tea here. This shop is located under a banyan tree. So the weather is cool here. This shop makes very good milk tea. All in all, the beauty of this office has impressed me. I am satisfied with the beauty of this office. I like it.
