Hello steemian friends how are you? Upvotes on Steemit motivate and encourage me. I think this upvote is the reward for working on Steemit. Upvote notifications excite and thrill me. Thanks to @saintkelvin17 for organizing such a contest. I'm going to share my opinion if upvote is confirmed on steemit

How often do you get support from steemcurator03-08 and also Booming?

I don't have a consistent experience of always getting upvotes from curators. I experienced weeks of no upvotes and booming support, but I didn't get discouraged and determined myself to create better content. But I also have a good feeling of getting upvotes. I get 2/3 boomings a week sometimes from different communities. I'm trying to make sure I get upvotes consistently.

How will steemit be if the vote is confirmed?

I'm not in favor of sure voting as it will lead to an excess of bad or substandard content. I think upvotes can be ensured by users with good quality content and following all rules. However, due to the large number of users and few curators, it is not possible to ensure the upvote of all users. If the upvote is confirmed, it will be unfair to the skilled and creative users, one group will get upvoted for doing good work and the other group will get upvote for doing bad work. So I think it's important to keep prioritizing the skilled and creative on Steemit and encouraging others to create good content.

There are many steemians and it's impossible to vote for everyone, do you think it's possible to change it to another to vote for everyone?

steemcurator03 -08 Can't afford to vote on so many content every day even if it's good content. I think the number of these curators can be increased On the other hand, there are many users who have very good voting ability, they can also encourage small users by upvoting good content. I think there is no substitute for upvotes to encourage a Steemian. As I said earlier it is not possible to upvote a lot of content but more curators can be added to reward good content.

The way steemians get voted on their first dolphin post, do you think everyone should make a post on their birthday once a year to vote on behalf of steemcurator01? How do you see my idea?

A steemian gets his first dolphin after a lot of hard work and patience which results in this dolphin. This Dolphin Club Post A 01 votes for awards or more consistent work.
Birthday comes every year in our life which will be many users every day among numerous users which will not be positive to vote from 01 because every day a certain amount of users vote 01. Yes, but you can give it as a favor to users who have passed a certain reputation or are consistently involved in Steemit.
