The Akamido exhibition material is a pottery with a pointed bottom called Akamido style pottery in the latter half of the early Jomon period about 8,000 years ago.

Armour used by the Lord of Hachinohe Nanbu clanー A Japanese armour that is worn by a samurai and rarely made of metal. It was mostly made of lacquered strips of leather tied together with cords. This was done to make it flexible. Great warlords had iron helmets with horn-like attachments that were designed to put fear in the heart of the enemy and strike the ally.

Hachinohe a Castle Townー It is the residence for the lord and center for politics. It was created in 1664. And this castle town become the central city areas.

Prayer and Performing Arts ーThe people of Japan have always shown a special respect for nature and gods. The gods involvement with nature has influenced how the people of Japan pay their respect. A long time ago the movements and manners of praying were developed into performing arts. These performing folk arts have been intertwined into the lives of people and have been passed down through the generations.

It was a fun and learning experience. It was good to know the different pieces of information from the past of Hachinohe. The museum is open from 9:00 am〜5:00 pm. The admission fee is 250 yen (5.26 STEEM) for adults, 150 yen (3.16 STEEM) for High school, and 50 yen (1.05 STEEM) for elementary.
