We listed all Steem-Travelers users who posted a post using the hashtag #club5050 last week and then randomly selected one nickname with the help of "Online Random Picker". The selected person has been carefully checked by our administrators to make sure that he meets all the conditions for using #club5050 (the conditions for participation in the program and more details about our lottery can be found HERE )

Yes, you did post high-quality content in the community. The lottery is only for the participants of #club5050 though - it's one of the projects we launched to popularize this program. Advertising the #club5050 is one of the most important factors in selecting the communities that will get booming support from steemcurator team in November.
You used #club5050 tag in one of your posts but according to the rules announced by steemcurator team, you cannot participate in the project because you delegate to @gotogether, so we didn't include you on the list. Your entry in the travel contest and photo contest are still valid though. Announcement of the winners wil be on Saturday (travel contest) and sunday (photo contest).
actually I dont saw any certain rule about gotogether:
the text from #steemcurators post says about 'delegating to investment services', as far as I can see. maybe as a community moderator you have access please to more specific / detailed instructions. can I see the whole list of services that, according to the rules, are considered as prohibited / penaltied/ unwelcomed? thanks for your time.
It also says about vote-buying.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but @gotogether is not much different than @upvu and it's about buying votes for the delegation: you delegate SP to that accounts and you get in advance the upvote worth some amount of money (the amount varies, depends on the delegation).
I don't know about any list of accounts that are banned. @steemcurator01 - is something like that available?
Logically, everything that guarantees you the up-vote for the delegation or for STEEM/SBD is prohibited.
You may disagree with me, but I believe it's a good thing. You are sharing very good quality content, but many Steemians who are delegating to similar accounts are publishing rubbish content and they get the guaranteed upvote anyway. It's a bit against the "proof-of-brain" idea.
Not to mention that at some point it increases the disproportion between the richest and the poorest. Look at the Steem Schools community - it's a great example of how unfair vote-buying can be. Their admin writes almost the same post since I joined Steemit and he gets over 100 USD every day for that just because he delegated 250 000 SP to some bots.
From another side, I understand those who delegate to bots too. Steemit has very few active whales and it's easy to be out of their attention, even with the best quality content so for many people that's the only way to earn any money on the platform.
I believe some new solution is needed. I regretted many times that I cannot give you the booming support because you share one of the best quality content in the platform. I understand why upvote bots are considered bad while used by Steemians who share lowest quality content but don't think it's a real problem in case of the good authors, like you. Especially if you get 4 usd from them daily, not 200 usd, like some others. Maybe some whitelist with the valuable authors could be made? Maybe some people could participate in SC team programs anyway? Don't know, it's a topic for a long debate...
Papi-mati, I am actually not in a mood for long fruitful discussions (sorry!), besides that I dont see how that can be any fruitful on this, personal level.
I just checked the names in the list and noticed a lot of folks are delegating, and yea, I was curious to find out why some accounts are included (having delegations to @steemjapan @steem-bru @tipu @bidvote @justyy) and my name, delegating to said @gotogether account, is considered wrong and was screened.
my only question this time was about this: if some 'services' are better then 'others'? I see you've got no certain answer on your hands, thats it. I leave this with frustration and a solid feeling of discrimination.

Even though I believe you direct your anger to the wrong person, I'll leave it that way, because I noticed for a few days you need to express yourself and find someone to blame. Sorry, I couldn't help you to feel better on the platform - I tried.
PS: From the mentioned list @tipu and @bidvote are not allowed in #club5050. We reviewed the profile of the winner. If the person who delegates to @tipu or @bidvote would win, we'd select someone else anyway.
@justyy is somewhere in the grey area: it's not a bot, but a witness, although the truth is that they reward users who delegate to them. Some clear guidance from the steemcurator team would be helpful to know how it should be treated.

I have checked all of them. 4 users in the list earn with bots and one more delegates to @justyy.
@justyy is somewhere in the grey area: it's not a bot, but a witness
@papi.mati as I know many bots belong to witnesses like @upvu, @bidvote. You don't need to create a separate account, you need only to create a program that will automatically make things and it doesn't matter what name your account has.
@justyy votes 330 times a day on average according to steemworld.org. If he sits on Steemit for 16 hours a day (8 hours for sleeping and shower, quick breakfast), then he votes every 3 minutes (960 minutes / 330 votes). It doesn't look like a person's behavior.
