In 2018, my friends and I went to the Arab Emirates to celebrate our birthdays. The vocalist of my cover band and me have birthdays in one day.
It was winter in Russia at that time, and it was warm and sunny in the Emirates. We are Russian people, if it's a birthday it is necessary to drink something strong to the health of us. But how? In the emirate where we lived, it was forbidden to drink alcohol.
What did we do? We took rum and coke and poured it into a bottle for water, with this bottle we went to the beach. But the guard at the entrance was clever enough and he said: you can't go with it!
Well, I have told you: we are Russians and we have a rich imagination. We drank rum, and poured gin and tonic into the bottle. It looked like water in color. This time we were not stopped, and we calmly walked to the beach.
In addition to the beach, we went to Dubai, and there we visited the Dubai Marina area with glass skyscrapers. This is one of the most prestigious and elite areas of Dubai. Despite the abundance of skyscrapers, the beach here is within walking distance.
The area is also interesting because you can take a tour of the water channels here. There are wooden boats called doe-doe and ferries.
The best restaurants are also located here. Each skyscraper has its own face and its own character. The most interesting building is of course the Kian tower, it is very twisted and you can see it in the photo.
By the way, we have a similar district in Moscow, it is called Moscow City and it is also very beautiful.
There is another beautiful place in Dubai which is called Arab Venice. And we went there too.This is a prestigious area with expensive hotels, restaurants, a large souvenir market and here tourists can also sail by national boats through the channels.
At the Madinat Jumeirah market, which is located here, you can buy a lot of souvenirs.
We had a great time during the trip to Emirates. We walked, sunbathed, traveled around the country. But we didn't swim in the sea, it's cold at the beginning of February. But it's all right, because after this trip there were others, which I'll tell you about next time.

India is my greatest love. I lived there for a year. I worked as a singer in Calcutta. Lived and sang in luxurious hotel. Then we went to Goa for two weeks. But it was a rainy season there at that time. India is one of the best memories in my life.
Oh really! That sounds awesome dear, the best time to visit Goa is November to April, we are residing in the south part of India.

Wonderful experience travelling to Arab Emirates to celebrate our birthdays. You and your friend really have a nice time. Dubai Marina area with glass skyscrapers is one of the masterpiece of great designers. I look forward being there soon.
