- We all cook delicious food at our home. Right now the blessed month of Ramadan is going on. That's why everyone must be making different dishes at their home. In the month of Ramadan, everyone cooks some good and tasty food at their home. I also cook something good every day during the month of Ramadan. Today I made Dahi Puri Chaat at my home. Today in front of you how to make Dahi Puri Chaat . Sharing its recipe. So let's start making now.

DAHI PURI CHAAT RECIPE
- To make Dahi Puri, we have to take potatoes first. Now we will put it in the pressure cooker to get hot water. When the water becomes hot, we have to wash the potatoes with good water, cut them in half, and put them in the pressure cooker to boil. I have taken five potatoes here. You can use potatoes as per your choice. I have put the potatoes in the pressure cooker to boil. We will wait till the four whistles of the pressure cooker. Then we will open the lid of the cooker and check whether the potatoes are cooked well. Here the potatoes are fully cooked.
- Now we will soak the gram in a vessel with hot water to add it to Dahi Puri Chaat. So that the gram gets cooked quickly. To cook grams quickly, soaking grams quickly in hot water does not take long to cook. Here I have kept the gram in a pot with hot water to soak it.
- Now we have kept the boiled potatoes in a vessel. We will fry it well. After roasting the potatoes well, we will add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and chaat masala and mix it well. All the spices should mix well in the potato paste. Now we will taste the potato paste once. If we find there is some deficiency in adding spices, then we can add spices to it.
- Now the gram we have soaked in hot water. We will put it in the pressure cooker to boil. It takes a little more time to cook the gram. That's why we will let the gram cook till seven or eight whistles. When the eight whistles are complete, we will open the lid of the cooker and see the gram. That the gram is cooked. Hereafter eight whistles, I saw that the gram was cooked well. I had already soaked chickpeas in hot water. That's why the gram was cooked when eight whistles were blown. If you do not do this then it may take more time to cook the gram. You can see here that the gram is cooked well after eight whistles.
- Now we will take onion, cabbage, and green coriander to put in Dahi Puri. I have taken four onions, half a cabbage, and green coriander here. Now we will finely chop this material. Which we will use to put in puri. You can take this material according to your own. Here I have finely chopped the material and put it in a dish.
- Now we are starting to make Dahi Puri. We will take puri to make dahi puri. You can use any puri. Here I have used puri bought from the market to make Dahi Puri. You can use as many puris as you want to make Dahi Puri.
- Now first of all we have made potato paste in Puri. We will put a little of it in puri. Then we will put some grams in it. Later, we prepared finely chopped onions, cabbage, and green coriander. We will put that too in Puri. Later we will decorate Dahi Puri nicely by adding some curd tomato sauce and sewing to it.
- So friends, now our Dahi Puri Chaat is ready. We can eat it anytime. You will love it very much. I like it very much. If you also eat this, then you will like to eat it twice. If you do not like to eat curd, then you can eat it without adding curd to it. It looks very tasty even without curd. You will find this Dahi Puri to taste as good as the market.
