It is so bright at night anywhere during this season. Towns and cities are like competing against each other which of them has the most beautiful lights. I'm not that fascinated though. I'm fine having lights that will guide pedestrians and drivers at night. Somehow it gives us a sense of security.

I got to see sights in the city proper of Tuguegarao when going home. While we were there, we're unable to explore more about the city.
